Paula is a Director and founding member of Paula Barrett Properties. She has a wealth of knowledge in her field and has over 20 years of experience in the Irish property market.

Paula believes in a straightforward, professional and personalised approach. She strives to ensure that each and every client she works with, whether they are vendors or developers, receives an outstanding service.

Prior to establishing Paula Barrett Properties, Paula worked most recently in Corcoran Jennison Limited as a Senior Property Manager, Valuer and Surveyor. She was responsible for the letting and management of a large portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments.

Paula is experienced in understanding the significant issues affecting a property’s performance. She has the ability to analyse problems, creatively develop solutions and implement these solutions to generate immediate long lasting results to maintain the asset.

Paula is a Chartered Surveyor and is a Professional Assessor with the SCSI/IPFMA. Paula is a member of the Irish Property & Facility Management Association, the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Paula sits on the panel for Friarylaw as a Mediator, and also sits on the SCSI Skillnet committee. Paula is fully licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority.

Paula has been awarded the Advanced Diploma in Public Procurement Law from The Honorable Society of King’s Inns
